We’ve planted the second asparagus bed. The peas, kale, turnips, broccoli raab, and collards are coming up as well as the lettuce. The beets , amaranth, parsnips, potatoes are all planted.

We re-open the dining room with a really good new menu. We think it may be the best one yet.

The garden is just beginning to sprout peas, turnips, parsnips, kale, broccoli raab, and lettuces. No signs of asparagus yet, but the fruit trees are in flower as are the forsythias, magnolia and daffodils. Please join us for Easter. We open at 5 pm.

Blooming along roads and ditches, the dime sized bright yellow blooms appear out of the ground in what seems like a single day. Truly the harbinger of spring whether there are snow flurries or 70 degree weather.
