We opened the Catskill Rose in 1987, about a
year after marrying. In our younger days , we
were both fortunate to have trained and worked  
with remarkable Master Chefs. Our experiences
has given us the inspiration, vision, knowledge
and palate to execute the menus we create. We
prepare, all the food served, from scratch, using
the best  ingredients. True food.

Our venture into lodging, in 2007, intertwines
with our mission of serving organic wholesome
foods. It allows us to extend the care we take in
preparing food to realize a simple aesthetic space
for relaxation and to showcase the many gifts of the
Catskills. We hope your visit with us reflects the
love we have for the area.
